Job Description:

Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Project Site
Reporting To: Finance Head / General Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all accounting and financial activities at the project site.
- Monitor site expenses, budgets, cash flow, and fund utilization.
- Review and approve vendor bills, contractor invoices, and payment requests.
- Ensure timely processing of payments, advances, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, material purchases, and site expenditures.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, labor laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, project cost reports, and budget variance analyses.
- Conduct periodic reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and project ledgers.
- Manage audits and provide necessary documentation to internal and external auditors.
- Supervise and guide site accountants and accounts staff.




- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.

Qualifications:

- B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of project accounting, GST, TDS, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling multiple real estate projects.
- Strong vendor and contractor payment management.
- Ability to work independently at project sites and coordinate with corporate finance teams.
- Knowledge of project costing and financial planning.

Pay: ₹15,421.15 - ₹50,000.00 per month
