- Greet customers and understand their fashion needs, preferences, and budget.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge and cross-selling/up-selling.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and store appearance.
- Assist customers with sizing, fit, and styling advice.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic issue resolution professionally.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
