We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative (Dermatology) to promote our dermatology product portfolio to dermatologists, cosmetologists, skin clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the company's dermatology products to dermatologists, cosmetologists, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor visits to generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales and territory coverage targets.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific detailing to healthcare professionals.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain daily call reports, expense statements, and sales records.
- Ensure effective territory management and customer coverage.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc. (Life Sciences), or related qualifications will be preferred.

Experience





- 1–5 years of experience as a Field Sales Represetative in the Dermatology segment.
- Candidates with experience handling dermatologists and skin clinics will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of dermatology products and therapeutic segments.
- Target-oriented with strong sales acumen.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
