JOB DESCRIPTION;-

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our real estate team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing communications, coordinating appointments, and supporting the sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients, visitors, and prospective buyers in a qualified and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for sales agents and management.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding client appointments and property visits.




- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and office deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Update and maintain client databases, records, and filing systems.
- Support administrative tasks related to property listings, agreements, and documentation.
- Follow up with clients for appointments and basic inquiries.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
