Role & responsibilities :
Prepare Architectural concepts, floor plans, layouts,elevations, and working drawings.
Develop 2D and 3D design for residential real estate projects.
Create high-quality Presentations and visualizations using Sketch up and rendering tools.
Prepare detailed construction drawings using Auto CAD
Work closely with the management team from concept to project completion.
Preferred candidate profile
Immediate Joiner
Experience in apartments, villas, or residential projects.
Ability to independently handle projects from concept design through execution.
