Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and their application within software solutions.
Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise financial applications to meet business needs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial software modules effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between financial systems and other enterprise applications.
Capability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
