Job Title: Business Development Associate (Fresher)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) (Night Shift 7.30 PM TO 4.30 AM)

About the Role: We are hiring Freshers who are passionate about starting their career in Business Development within the IT services and staffing/recruitment industry. As a Business Development Associate, you will work with the sales team to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to our business growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in the US IT market through online research and databases
Reach out to clients via emails and calls to introduce company services
Schedule meetings and follow up with clients for requirements
Maintain client records, leads, and reports in Excel
Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand delivery capabilities
Assist in preparing business proposals and introductory decks
Stay updated on IT services, staffing trends,



and client needs
Work as per US time zone (night shift in India)

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced, night shift workplace
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
No cab facility candidates must arrange their own transport
Freshers or candidates with 01 year experience can apply
