Key Responsibilities
Prepare and consolidate the Daily Sales Report from all store locations and submit it to management
Monitor and maintain the Daily Manager Checklist, ensuring all store managers complete operational compliance requirements.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing for all stores, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) reports for individual stores and provide regular performance updates to management.
Conduct customer feedback calls to measure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns, and improve service quality.
Supervise and coordinate with Store Managers to ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, sales targets, and customer service expectations.
Follow up with store teams regarding pending tasks, operational issues, and performance improvements.
Maintain accurate operational records and generate management reports as required.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
