Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Operations Executive to manage
backend operations, records, data processing and cross-functional support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain records and databases.
Verify and process data entries.
Support Operations, Customer Service, Refunds and Replacements.
Coordinate with internal departments.
¢ Follow SOPs and support process improvements.
¢ Prepare operational reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. 13 years of back-office/data management experience. Freshers with robust
skills may apply.
Skills
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, typing speed, communication,
multitasking, problem-solving, time management.
Work Conditions
Location: Gurgaon | On Site | 10:00 AM6:00 PM | 1 rotational weekly off.
