WOW STAYZ2 is looking for someone who can bring people, processes and daily execution together.

This is not a desk-only HR role. You’ll manage the complete employee journey, keep teams aligned, track performance, strengthen accountability and work closely with our CXOs to turn plans into action.

In simple terms: you’ll help make sure the right people are doing the right things, at the right time, in the right way.

What you’ll own
Manage recruitment, on-boarding, employee records, attendance, leave and exit processes
Coordinate payroll inputs, documentation and HR compliance
Create clear roles, KRAs, KPIs and performance-review systems
Allot tasks, define priorities and track progress across departments
Follow up on pending work and help teams overcome execution roadblocks
Build, implement and regularly improve company SOPs
Ensure everyday decisions are aligned with approved policies and processes
Track individual and departmental performance through practical reports
Coordinate meetings, record action points and ensure timely closure
Assist CXOs with planning, communication, follow-ups and confidential assignments
Identify gaps in people, processes and accountability before they become bigger problems
Help create a workplace where expectations are explicit,

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
