Position: Plumber – Maintenance
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Location: Eagleton The Golf Resort
Job Responsibilities
Handle plumbing maintenance and repair works across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-office areas.
Attend breakdown complaints related to pipelines, taps, flushing systems, pumps, valves, and sanitary fittings.
Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing systems and water supply lines.
Check and maintain water pressure systems, drainage lines, and sewage systems.
Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for daily operations.
Ensure proper usage of tools and maintenance materials.
Follow safety and hygiene standards during maintenance activities.
Maintain records of repairs and daily maintenance activities.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large facilities.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, water motors, pumps, and sanitary fittings.
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to handle emergency breakdowns independently.
ITI/Diploma in Plumbing preferred.
