Academic Counsellor / Education Counsellor/Inside Sales

Location: Bathinda, Punjab (Work From Office)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
Build strong relationships with students and ensure an excellent counselling experience.

Eligibility
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales,



Retail Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Solid communication and convincing skills in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Immediate joiners preferred.
