Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Marketing & Performance Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing performance strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize results, and developing training programs.

What you'll be doing
Managing Xportels social media presence
Creating and posting creatives, carousels, reels, and industry updates
Maintaining and growing our blog
Writing and publishing content around industry news, regulations, compliance updates, and trends
Running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitoring ad performance, lead quality, CAC, engagement, and conversions
Coordinating with influencers, agencies, creators, and external marketing partners




Using AI tools to dramatically improve turnaround times and marketing efficiency
Experimenting constantly with new growth and content strategies
