Role Objective:

Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all civil works related to wind power projects (foundations, roads, buildings, and other infrastructure) within cost, time, and quality parameters, ensuring compliance with safety and statutory norms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all civil construction activities for wind projects (foundations, WTG hardstands, approach roads, drainage, control buildings, substations, etc.).
Prepare and review construction schedules, resource planning, and budgets.
Ensure quality control as per design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate with design/engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.
Monitor daily progress and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety Workplace) practices at all times.
Manage contractors and subcontractors, evaluate performance,



and ensure contractual compliance.
Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress reviews with stakeholders.
Liaise with local authorities for statutory approvals, clearances, and compliance.
Report project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.

Qualifications Experience:
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master s preferred).
10 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5+ years in renewable/wind power projects.
Robust knowledge of WTG foundations, roads, and associated infrastructure.
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD).
Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
