We are seeking a results-driven qualified to oversee and streamline our collections projects. In this role, you will design debt recovery strategies, manage project life cycles, and collaborate across departments to optimize collection performance and minimize delinquency rates.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement robust collection strategies to optimize debt recovery and minimize overall delinquency rates.
Project Planning: Define project scopes and objectives, engage relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical and operational feasibility.
Project Execution: Facilitate the seamless execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and managing third-party vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Legal, and Customer Service—to maintain alignment and streamline end-to-end collection processes.
Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management, highlighting recovery trends, metrics, and actionable insights.




Performance Monitoring: Continuous monitor and analyze key collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Management). An MBA degree is preferred.
Leadership: Robust leadership and managerial skills, with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team to achieve performance targets.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, featuring a strictly data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
