Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our toy distribution business. The role involves visiting toy shops, gift stores, stationery stores, and other retail outlets to generate new business and collect product orders.

Key Responsibilities
Visit retail toy shops and other potential customers within the assigned territory.
Introduce and promote our toy product range.
Generate recent orders and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide regular updates on customer visits and sales activities.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Coordinate with the office team regarding order processing and deliveries.

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates are preferred).
Prior experience in field sales is an advantage,



but freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned area.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid driving license to travel to customer locations.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of mobile applications for reporting.
Customer-focused approach.
Ability to build long-term business relationships.
