Responsible for in office execution and integration of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and related services. for high end hospitality and large-scale integrated township master plan residential projects with amenities and utilities infrastructures
Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of all building services.
Track MEP progress as per construction schedules and resolve technical issues.
Interface with civil and architectural teams for integrated delivery.
Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability benchmarks.
Perform any other duties that the company management may entrust, as per project or organizational needs.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid exposure to hospitality/residential building services and site utilities infrastructure
Familiarity with Jodhpur/Rajasthan MEP suppliers.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant MEP design software.
Robust grip on daily site operations and inter-trade coordination and daily work progress achievements.
