Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a business role/ strategy role/ chief of staff role/ founder’s office in a fast-paced startup. N n Roles and Responsibilities: N
Work closely with the CEO & HODs to develop and refine the company's product & automation priorities, and with cross-functional teams to create action plans. N
Lead the business & product transformation projects. N
Drive & monitor the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track. N
Develop strategic frameworks and models to support decision-making processes N

Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for the CEO to communicate strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes. N
