The role has two halves: solving real purchase needs quickly and personally, and building experiences that feel genuinely different from anything else in the market — delivered with the warmth and polish of 5-star hospitality. Expediting orders, custom design requests, and repairs N
Facilitating discounts and previews of custom designs before an order is placed N
Connecting clients within-house stylists for personalized suggestions N
Working across retail, styling, supply chain and servicing teams to get requests resolved end-to-end N Building Memorable Experiences N
Designing and delivering moments that feel personal and distinct — not a standard service interaction N
Managing invitations, referrals,
