We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.

Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and provide support through telecalling.
Build robust relationships with customers to increase sales and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Eligibility:
Female Candidates Only
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling/Customer Support/Sales
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali
Knowledge of Gujarati & Marathi will be an added advantage
