Key Responsibilities

As head of the CRM function, the candidate will be expected to study & learn, unless already qualified, features of industrial furnaces (Walking Beam, Pusher, Mesh belt, Rotary, Roller Hearth, SQF, PGC, Bell, etc) & their role in Heat Treatment, Powder Metallurgy & processing of Energy Materials & Minerals. & managing associated documentation.

Travelling at short notice with zero hesitation.
A sound understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
Ability to interpret Autocad & Solid works drawings
Expertise in MS office suite especially Excel.

Management of marketing functions
Handling customer RFQ & tender documents
Plant sizing for required capacity
Estimation and preparation of bill of quantities
Zero base costing / clean sheet costing.
Costing of the BOQ
Submitting techno-commercial offer to customer.
Documentation that facilitates MIS & follow up.
