Job responsibilities

Understanding the client’s needs and expectations to perform a –
Understanding client needs and expectations related to skincare
Providing practical and theoretical training in skincare courses
Team management and supervision
Daily reporting
Periodical technical evaluations of staff
Conducting interviews for hiring skincare professionals
Visiting different branches for staff analysis
Coordinating with external trainers
Researching recent skincare products and procedures
Resolving client issues related to skincare treatments

Eligibility – Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.
