Manage the day-to-day operations of the service workshop.

Ensure timely and quality repair and maintenance of customer vehicles.

Supervise service advisors, technicians, workshop supervisors, and support staff.

Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and labor utilization.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintaining service quality.

Achieve monthly service revenue, labor sales, spare parts, and customer satisfaction targets.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety procedures, and dealership policies.

Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure availability of required parts.

Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.

Monitor warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.





Maintain workshop equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Promote value-added services such as annual maintenance packages and accessories.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).

36 years of experience in automobile service operations, with leadership experience.

Experience in managing workshop operations and customer service.

Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.
