Role Summary: Responsible for driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, managing branch productivity, and leading a team of Sales Managers and Agent Advisors. The role focuses on recruitment, development, retention, and performance management while ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve branch revenue and productivity targets.
Recruit, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Agent Advisors.
Drive agent activation, retention, and performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and service standards.
Build a robust leadership pipeline within the team.

Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred).
6+ years of sales and team management experience (MBA) or 8–10 years (Graduate).
Proven experience in agency sales, team handling, recruitment, and business development.
Robust leadership, communication, and people development skills.
Local market knowledge preferred.
