About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to build robust client relationships and ensure seamless event execution. You'll work directly with the Founder, gaining valuable exposure to business strategy, client management, and decision-making while driving high-impact projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable event solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and event briefs.
Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and event executions as required.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.

What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Event Management, Advertising, Hospitality, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Robust organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and event executions. Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
