Organizational Transformation initiatives communication
Org events hosting/moderation (rollouts, townhalls, leadership engagement)

Key Responsibilities
Support execution of Employee communication initiatives through channel like
Internal Employee Magazine | Podcast | Videos for Culture Stories | Digital displays




Create and curate employee centric content
Articles, leadership messages, employee stories, videos production flow, organizational announcements and campaign materials
Design visual content
Posters and videos
Cross functional coordination
Gather updates, achievements, culture stories and org news
Manage key activities during
Townhalls, Kia India events and leadership communication activities
