The Management Associate Programme is an 18-month rotational leadership development programme designed to cultivate future business leaders by providing hands-on exposure across multiple business functions. Associates complete three structured rotations, working closely with cross-functional teams to gain expertise in capital markets, financial technology, product development, analytics, client engagement, and exchange operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and enhancement of proprietary bond pricing algorithms to generate evaluated bond prices.
Monitor international bond markets and assist the editorial team in producing market news, research reports, and daily bond market newsletters.
Engage with existing and prospective clients to drive subscription growth, increase platform adoption, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Prepare business presentations and proposals for prospective member participants,



including banks and brokerage firms.
Support the operations team in ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the exchange.
Assist in organizing and facilitating IBF-accredited skilled training programmes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives and process improvements.

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Robust analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for capital markets, fixed income products, and financial technology.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information and generate insights.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or professional experience in finance, financial research, fintech, or capital markets.
Progress toward or completion of the CFA Program is an added advantage.
