We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, quality control, timely delivery, and coordination between designers, vendors, and labor teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complete site execution as per drawings and design specifications
Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, polishing, and civil work
Ensure quality control and finishing standards at site
Manage and coordinate contractors, carpenters, and labor teams
Take site measurements and verify drawings before execution
Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement requirements
Ensure work is completed within timeline and budget
Identify and resolve on-site issues and technical challenges
Maintain daily progress reports and update management
Ensure safety standards and proper site discipline
Coordinate with clients/designers for approvals and changes

Required Skills




Strong knowledge of interior execution and materials
Ability to read 2D drawings and basic site layouts
Valuable understanding of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, false ceiling, etc.
Problem-solving attitude and quick decision-making skills
Basic knowledge of Excel / WhatsApp reporting / site documentation
Positive communication and team handling skills

Experience & Qualification
2–5 years experience in interior site supervision
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)
Experience in residential turnkey projects is a plus

As per experience + performance incentives

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,499.33 - ₹28,000.00 per month
