Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall plant operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
Oversee production planning, quality control and process optimization.
Manage workforce, training and performance.
Coordinate with management on operational targets and reporting.
Requirements:
Graduate in Engineering/Operations/Industrial Management.
10+ years of experience in plant/factory operations (preferably recycling, metals or manufacturing).
Solid leadership, compliance and process management skills.
Ability to handle audits, vendor coordination and operational accuracy.
