Execution of dispatch process as per planning in coordination with internal external customers and maintaining all related documentation as per the WCM standards company policy

Principal Responsibilities
Co-ordinate with Central logistics to ensure availability of tankers/trucks as per daily dispatch plans.
Responsible for quality checks/inspection of the tankers/trucks for loading.
Responsible for loading of the material from the unit.
Verification of stock (BOOKS VS PHYSICAL).
Responsible for error free documentation and correct dispatches as per SOC
Timely dispatch information to customer.
Carrying ISO audit Compliance in relation of Dispatch
Excise invoice preparation/checking of LRS/forms.
Execute transport arrangement for daily dispatch.
