Role: GenAI Architect

Work model: 3 days/week - HYBRID

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

You will be part of a high-impact engineering team building next-generation AI and GenAI solutions. We are seeking Gen AI Architects to define, design, and scale Generative AI solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and own end-to-end Generative AI architecture (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, and orchestration layers).
Define reference architectures for GenAI use cases such as chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, and knowledge assistants.
Evaluate and integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) based on cost, performance, and security.
Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
Define prompt engineering, context management, and hallucination mitigation strategies.




Establish GenAI governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on expertise in AI/ML, data platforms, or solution architecture.
Robust hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
Expertise in Python and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma).
Experience deploying GenAI solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP.
Robust knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
