Role & responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the Resident Service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Resident Manager and cross-functional teams (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B;, Security) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Oversee onboarding of current residents, community orientation, and resident engagement initiatives.
Plan, allocate, and monitor daily tasks for the resident service team to ensure operational efficiency.
Support the planning and execution of resident events, wellness activities, and community engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and emergency response protocols across the community.
Maintain accurate records of resident requests, service resolutions, occupancy data, and operational reports.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous skill development.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and other support staff, including duty rosters, attendance, and service quality.
Oversee waste management practices, ensuring proper segregation, disposal,



and adherence to sustainability standards.
Coordinate with external vendors, monitor service quality, verify invoices, and escalate issues when required.
Conduct regular team meetings to review resident feedback, operational challenges, and service improvement initiatives.
Prepare periodic reports on resident satisfaction, service performance, and operational metrics for management review.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management while consistently demonstrating the organization's EPIC ValuesExcellence, Professionalism, Integrity, and Compassionin all interactions with residents, colleagues, and partners.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Fluency in local language preferred
