Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accounts Payable

Location: Bangalore, Richmond Circle

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NEFT Transaction Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large volume of NEFT transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. You will be an essential part of our finance team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of NEFT transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor and reconcile transaction records to ensure accuracy and completeness




Respond to customer inquiries regarding transaction status and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Continuously monitor and identify potential risks in transactions, and take proactive measures to mitigate them
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and timely processing of transactions
Provide training and support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in managing NEFT transactions
Strong understanding of banking and financial processes
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
