Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Surgery Counselor to guide patients through the surgical process, ensure clear communication, and improve surgery conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures, benefits, and costs
Coordinate with doctors and patients for surgery scheduling
Handle patient queries and provide pre- and post-operative guidance
Ensure proper documentation, consent, and billing coordination
Follow up with patients to confirm surgeries and maintain conversion
Maintain records and daily reports of counseling activities
Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s Degree
2–3 years of experience in hospital / healthcare counseling preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
Preferred:
Experience in eye hospital or surgical counseling
