Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field.
5 years of experience in: Fund administration, Fund Accounting, Alternative investment operations, Private market operations.
Manage post-close operational activities for private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds.
Process and Monitor fund cycle events Capital Calls, Distributions, Redemptions, Subscriptions.
Perform Cash, Position, and NAV Reconciliation.
Ensure timely capture of fund activity within accounting and administration platforms.
Robust understanding of post-closure activities like: Financial statement preparation, investor reporting.




Post close operation Analyst is responsible for supporting Post investment and post-closing activities across private market funds, alternative investment vehicles and registered products.
The role requires a solid understanding of fund administration, fund accounting, investor servicing, transaction processing and lifecycle management to ensure accurate reporting.
Support onboarding of Current investors and fund structures.
Review fund documentation, partnership agreements and subscription agreements.
Review NAV Calculations, Investment valuations, and Income recognition.
