Role & responsibilities

Engineering (FRM): To Attend preventive maintenance, Facility Maintenance, requalification, Nim equipment Budget, Spare Parts maintain vendor coordination.

To maintain, troubleshoot, coating compression, Packing maintain, cartonator, blister, powder filling.

Warehouse machine - RLAF, LF, Vaccum Cleaner, HVAC.

Documentation - elogbook, ETMS.

Production (API): Require experience and exposure of powder processing area,Batch Planning, Manpower Handling, Production, Batch Manufacturing, Reactors, GMP, Filters, Centrifugation, GLR, Dryer, Centrifuge, Filtration, SSR, FBD, RCVD, VTD, STD, JET MILL, MULTI MILL, BLENDER, SHIFTER ETC. Performing unit operations as per respective BPR. To ensure cleanliness of process equipment and plant. To verify Quantity of Raw materials and Intermediates are as per BPR.

QC (API): Require Analyst/ Reviewer with experience of API products analysis using for Wet lab/ Chemical / Stability / Inprocess Lab & Micro lab instruments like UV, Autotitrator, Muffer Furnance, IR, Potentiometer, Karlfisher, pH meter etc.



analytical exposure in HPLC/ GC/ LCMS/ GCMS operations & Micro related testing like Microbiology Lab,Validation protocol ,Validation of Sterility Test MLT, Microbiological limit Test Reconciliation & Water Analysis,Temperature & Environmental Monitoring. Also expertise in Stability Sample Management, Protocol Preparation.

Injection (Formulation): To Supervise the batch related activities like batch dispensing, vial washing, sterilization, batch filling in vial manufacturing area, Preparation review maintenance and online documentation of logbooks, BMRs and BPRs, Initiating CCP regarding change in documents like SOP, BMR, BPR, URS, Protocols, Engineering study and documents related to process, procedure by Track-wise software, To Prepare the SOP, BMR, BPR and URS and Protocol and Quality Risk Assessment ensure up-gradation of the documents as per latest regulatory norms

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who has experience in Pharma Industries (API and Formulation), Engineering (FRM), QC (API), Injection (FRM),

Qualifications:

B E / B Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) Engineering, B.Sc. (Chemistry/PCM), B.Pharma

Experience:

From 2 years to 12 years
