Job Description for L3 Network resource for Delhi site
Provide support for Datacenter network infrastructure and resolve complex network issues.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for routing, switching, and network security issues.
Manage core network components including routers, switches (Cisco & Aruba) , firewalls Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Hardware load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC) and WAF.
Support datacenter network technologies such as Spine-Leaf architecture, Core Switch configuration and VXLAN.
Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix).
Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
Participate in network capacity planning and upgrades.
Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
Switching: STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN, VTP
NSoC: DDoS mitigation techniques
Support DR drills, failover testing, and change management activities.
Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field.
