Job DescriptionLocation: Nambiar Builders, Dommasandra, Bangalore Job Summary: Responsible for managing banking operations, fixed asset accounting, bank reconciliations, asset capitalization, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records and effective internal controls. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day banking transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with banks for account operations, loans, bank guarantees, and other banking activities.
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure timely asset capitalization.
Record asset additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and CWIP accounting.
Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets.
Prepare journal entries, MIS reports, and support monthly/year-end financial closing.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and internal financial controls.
Support statutory, internal,



and tax audits by providing required documentation. Qualifications
B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in Banking Operations and Fixed Asset Management.
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure preferred. Skills:
