Role & responsibilities
8+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Lead Agile projects and ensure successful delivery of business and technology solutions.
Manage and deliver multiple projects, coordinating across clients, teams, and resources.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, business users, and development teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Leverage Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Power BI, to support business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices as a Scrum Master.
Identify project risks, resolve complex issues, and recommend effective solutions.
Prepare business documentation, user stories, functional specifications,



and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure high-quality project delivery while maintaining solid stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Power BI.
Scrum Master experience with a robust understanding of Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
