Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and C2H positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified resumes within the given timeline.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Ensure effective communication with both clients (hiring managers) and vendors (candidates).
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, offers made, and other relevant data.
