Collaborate with engineering to build reusable APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
Engage with stakeholders to streamline client onboarding and improve integration UX.
Track performance metrics and lead continuous improvements post-deployment.
Scalable and reliable integration frameworks across POS, CRM, and e-commerce systems.
Prioritized integration roadmap aligned with customer and business needs.
Customer-centric onboarding processes for rapid implementation.
Success metrics and feedback loops for ongoing optimization.
