Role & responsibilities
Overall coordination with Sales representatives, Clients (as on when delegate by the SH/SM), Production for any current or existing Design, Artwork and the Sample development within agreed timeline.
To attend many different day-to-day responsibilities, such as researching and the drafting blueprints, engineering plans & graphics, may also test prototypes as well as identify solutions to improve production efficiency.
To use software to sketch ideas for products and make changes to existing systems, also develop models for other machines that instruct them on how to build the product they're designing.
To must have strong communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, also think creatively and be imaginative in order to design recent products to fit consumer needs.
To conduct feasibility studies & evaluate design options to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability.

Based on the technical expertise & customer requirements use Design software such as Auto-cad, Artio-cad, Solid work, Creo, 2D, 3D software such Creo, Solid work to deliver the results.
Research new product ideas and methods, improve existing products and the processes, ensure compliance with the industrys safety standards & maintain accurate records.
Ensure products are user and setting-friendly, write detailed reports, find creative design solutions to problems, Present prototypes & designs to customers and project managers.
Solving the queries of production supervisors which arise related to dimensions of the product, work on design data base, Improvement on existing designs based on the available design database.
