Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho Kettle and AWS Glue.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions across multiple databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle).
Perform database administration (DBA) tasks including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and security management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of data from HES, MDMS, WFMS systems, with a solid understanding of DISCOM AMI processes.
Work closely with business teams to understand source data models and ensure accurate data extraction and transformation.
Provide technical expertise and support for data migration, validation, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Robust Database Skills: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle – ability to write complex queries and procedures.
DBA Expertise: Database administration, performance tuning, and security.
ETL Tools: Proficient in Pentaho Kettle and AWS Glue for job creation and execution.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with DISCOM AMI processes (HES, MDMS, WFMS) and related data models.
Excellent problem -solving and communication skills.
