Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in bulk hiring for sales roles. This role will require sourcing, screening, and closing high-volume frontline General Trade (GT) sales positions such as Sales Officers, Territory Sales Executives, Area Sales Executives, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers, while ensuring timely closures and a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for General Trade (GT) sales roles across assigned regions.
Drive bulk hiring to meet monthly hiring targets.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and field hiring initiatives.




Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment MIS.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and ensure timely closures.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Proven experience in bulk hiring for sales roles.
Experience using multiple sourcing channels and handling high-volume recruitment.

Skills Required
Robust sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Positive negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
