Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate, energeticindividual to join our Lending Services division. You will be part of teamworking as an extension to our banking client ensuring we fulfill theapplicable SLAs .

Key Responsibilities

Performin-depth credit risk assessments of Oil Gas companies across Upstream(EP), Midstream, and Minerals Royalties.

Preparecredit reports including Semi-Annual Borrowing Base Redeterminations and AnnualCredit Reviews, covering Business and operational profile of counterparties,key credit risks and mitigants, Cash flow analysis and Collateral coverageloan value analysis.

Demonstratestrong understanding of cash flow engineering practices and borrowing baseredetermination methodologies for Upstream companies.

Workingknowledge of (i) Forward price risk management in EP (ii) Volume andpricing dynamics impacting loan value determination and (iii) Reserve mix andits implications in borrowing base analysis

Analyzemajor industry drivers, including (i) WTI and Brent crude price dynamics and(ii) Natural gas differentials and regional pricing impacts.





Managea portfolio of clients and handle credit/rating assignments efficiently withindefined timelines and service levels.

Adherestrictly to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), credit policies, andcompliance documentation requirements.

Key Competencies

Strongunderstanding of credit principles, policies and regulations

QualifiedChartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M. Com or equivalent degree

Solution oriented and self-driven

Solid relationship building with internal and external stakeholders

Transparent and logical thinking to understand client requirements

Solid in analytics skills to make sense of data and what it means for the business
