Were seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-driven individual to join our sales team as Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting current clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, field work, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and perks of our product.
Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Provide excellent customer service before, during,



and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales performance and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
