Job Description TGT Mathematics Teacher Position: TGT Mathematics Teacher Department: Academics Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate TGT Mathematics Teacher to teach students from Classes VI to X. The ideal candidate should be able to create an engaging learning setting, simplify mathematical concepts, and help students develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Teach Mathematics to students of Classes VI to X as per the prescribed curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments. Conduct classroom teaching using interactive and activity-based methods. Evaluate students' performance through tests, projects, and regular assessments. Maintain attendance, academic records, and progress reports. Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial classes. Integrate technology and smart classroom tools into teaching. Participate in school events,



parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), and staff meetings. Ensure discipline and maintain a positive classroom environment. Perform other academic duties assigned by the school management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics (B.Sc. Mathematics or equivalent). B.Ed. is mandatory. CTET/TET qualification preferred.

Experience Minimum 0–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/State Board school. Freshers with robust subject knowledge may also be considered. Skills Required Excellent command of Mathematics. Strong classroom management skills. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and smart classroom teaching. Ability to motivate and engage students.
