Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in recruiting professionals across various work authorization categories, including OPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, TN, and STEM OPT.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for US-based IT positions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across various work authorization categories.
Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to fulfill client requirements.




Maintain robust relationships with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality candidate submissions.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of US work authorization categories, including OPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, TN, and STEM OPT.
Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: 7–10 LPA
