Windchill Implementation CustomizationLead implementations of Windchill (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink) modules.Oversee and guide customizations using:Java / J2EEInfo*Engine WebjectsJCA/JSX componentsREST SOAP APIsOptimize performance, security, and configurations.
Integration MigrationArchitect and lead integrations between Windchill and:CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA)ERP systems (SAP,



Oracle)MES / Manufacturing systemsLead Windchill data migration, upgrades, deployment planning, and cutover activities.
Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams.Provide architecture guidance during requirement analysis.Conduct solution workshops and design reviews.
Governance Best PracticesEstablish PLM standards, reusable frameworks, and development guidelines.Define best practices for Windchill customization, workflows, and lifecycle processes.Conduct technical risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Technical LeadershipMentor development and support teams.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to design principles.Lead implementation teams through Agile/SDLC phases.
