Job Title: US Recruiter

Location: Keshar Tower, Near Railway Station, Gwalior

Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift - EST Time Zone)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across our label/business unit. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across multiple functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles (sourcing to offer stage)
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Conduct cold calling and pitch recruiting services to potential clients
Promote staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong cultural and role fit




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the process
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)

Required Qualifications
1–4 years of US recruitment experience.
Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a quick-paced environment
